I was born on Nantucket, Massachusetts and spent my summers on Cape Cod. Playing outside, picnicking on the beach, exploring the marine environment, no wonder I love the outdoors! I am a self-taught watercolor artist with a teaching credential and a minor in art. On the Cape I co-ran a summer gallery in Chatham’s historic Old Village. I was a juried member and president of the Guild of Chatham Painters and a juried member of the Artisans Guild of Cape Cod. Many of my paintings continue to be inspired by the amazing ocean light and historic settings of the Cape.
